Refund policy

Every lamp is handmade personally and carefully checked before shipping. Because these are handcrafted items made in limited quantities, all sales are final.

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, sizing, preference, or normal handmade variations.

The only exception is if your order never arrives and is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier. If that happens, I will refund you or send a replacement if available.

I am not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
